Bernanke Fails to Cut Rates for Most Americans With Easy Credit
Bloomberg - The group's index of applications to buy a home and refinance a loan fell 23 percent to 822.8 in the week ended Feb. 15, the biggest drop since July 2003 when it fell 24 percent when rates climbed more than a percentage point.
